The IGA Developer is responsible for building connectors for provisioning and deprovisioning using Python and JSON. You will be tasked with writing application integrations using Okta Workflows, Okta LCM, AWS Lambdas, Python, and JSON. It is essential to possess a self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude and proactively seek feedback. Your role will involve driving projects from inception to completion, overcoming challenges along the way. Effective communication with application owners and team members to prioritize projects in the queue is crucial. The ability to be organized and set realistic SLAs for the team is highly valued. You should be flexible to work in designated shift hours to facilitate global communication. With 4-8 years of experience, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with other teams, document designs, and implement large-scale enterprise software solutions. Proficiency in building connectors for provisioning/deprovisioning using Python and programming with modern tools like Python and JSON is mandatory.
