Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Solve complex technical challenges with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring optimized queries and high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in coding and design.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years

  of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript

  and

  Node.js

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving techniques

  .
• Experience with

  databases

  (SQL or NoSQL).
• Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Good to Have

React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
