Objectives

• Architect, design, and optimize scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js.
  
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and adherence to data privacy and security standards.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  
• Foster best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed, high-performance backend services.
  
• Collaborate with product, data, and frontend teams to implement scalable solutions.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following modern engineering standards.
  
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  
• Integrate with third-party APIs, Google Analytics, and ad exchanges.
  
• Implement best practices for performance optimization, monitoring, and fault tolerance.
  
• Stay updated on emerging trends in Node.js, cloud technologies, and AdTech systems.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
  

• 4–8 years

  of hands-on backend engineering experience using

  Node.js

• Excellent understanding of
