Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sr. Engineer

This role is critical in ensuring high network availability and performance across PAN India locations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IP routing, switching, and Versa SD-WAN technologies, with a strong focus on incident resolution and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Handle Level 2 escalations and provide timely resolution for network-related incidents and service tickets.

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network faults across routers, switches, and Versa SD-WAN devices. Monitor and manage network performance to ensure uptime SLAs are consistently met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple vendors to drive issue resolution and service restoration.

Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and preventive actions. Participate in change management and network upgrade activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech or equivalent technical degree. Strong knowledge of IP Routing Protocols and Switching. Hands-on experience with Versa SD-WAN solutions. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Juniper routers and switches.

Familiarity with Versa VNX100 and VNX301 platforms. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems. Exposure to banking or financial services network environments is a plus.
