Senior Netapp Engineer L3 level

As an expert in Advanced NetApp L3 level support, CVO ONTAP, and ITIL processes, the role requires advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize NAS systems for high-performance operations. Your responsibilities will include providing L3-level support for NetApp CDOT in a NAS environment, ensuring high availability and performance. You will need to demonstrate expertise in NetApp C Mode, manage and troubleshoot SMB/CIFS shares, NFS exports, and dual protocol shares, perform performance analysis and root cause analysis using tools like NetApp Active IQ Manager, and implement automation solutions to streamline storage operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience with NetApp CDOT (ONTAP) L3 level support, expertise in ITIL processes, and hands-on experience with CVO ONTAP. Additionally, you should be capable of leading Problem Management activities, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams, and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
