Hyderabad Onsite role / 24/7 night shift

NetApp CDOT Storage Specialist 10+ Years of Experience

10+ years of hands-on experience with NetApp Clustered Data ONTAP (CDOT).
Strong expertise in NetApp C-Mode architecture, cluster configuration, LIF setup, and SVM/volume-based replication aligned with industry best practices.
Deep knowledge of NetApp management tools:
Active IQ, OnCommand Unified Manager (OCUM), OnCommand System Manager, and CLI.
Skilled in performance analysis, troubleshooting, QoS, and storage efficiency using NetApp's native tools.
Proficient in managing aggregates, volumes, qtrees, snapshots, and SVMs.
Extensive experience with SMB/CIFS, NFS, and dual-protocol shares.
Experienced in data migrations from third-party arrays to NetApp CDOT systems.
Knowledge of block storage allocation, array virtualization, and SAN switch configuration.
Hands-on with SAN switch tasks like ISL/ICL setup, fabric merges, trunking, and firmware/code upgrades.
Strong in patch management, firmware/microcode validation and upgrades.
Comfortable with Unix/Linux/Windows mount points and cross-platform share troubleshooting.
Experienced in vendor coordination and complex issue resolution.
Adept at root cause analysis, mentoring support teams, and acting as a key individual contributor.
Understands business needs and translates them into scalable, compliant technical solutions.
