Roles and Responsibility Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in C# and the .NET ecosystem, to support development efforts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both backend and frontend development within the .NET stack, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to modern Web Components technologies for UI. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 6+. Build interactive and responsive front-end applications using Razor Pages, Blazor, or JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks as needed. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions. Learn and integrate Web Components or modern front-end frameworks as required. Participate in code reviews, system architecture design, and Agile ceremonies. Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, and documentation. Required Skills: 10+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Full Stack Development. Strong backend expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework. Solid experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Blazor or Razor. Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs. Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases. Experience with Git, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD tools. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Preferred / Nice to Have: Exposure or willingness to learn Web Components (e.g., Lit, Stencil, or similar frameworks). Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript front-end libraries (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Previous experience in the healthcare domain, especially working with FHIR, HL7, or HIPAA-compliant systems. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Self-starter with a strong learning mindset. Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
