Job Description

In this role at Oceaneering India Center, you will be supporting the implementation of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technical consulting and product development services for Oceaneering business units and global clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying and interpreting indications or defects on CR/DR images, analyzing Ultrasonic data, documenting findings accurately, generating detailed inspection reports, communicating effectively with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to quality assurance procedures, staying updated on industry best practices, collaborating with the inspection team, carrying out site audits, and more. You will also be required to interpret codes, standards & contractual documents, prepare reports and presentations, demonstrate a high level of initiative towards individual and team goals, comply with organizational HR policies and procedures, and adhere to organizational HSE policies and practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and interpret indications or defects on CR/DR images - Analyze Ultrasonic data to determine the nature, severity, and significance of detected defects - Document findings accurately and generate detailed inspection reports - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures - Stay updated on industry best practices and collaborate with the inspection team - Interpret codes, standards & contractual documents and prepare reports and presentations - Demonstrate high level of initiative towards individual and team goals - Comply with organizational HR policies and procedures and adhere to organizational HSE policies **Qualifications Required:** - Masters Degree in a related Engineering discipline with minimum 6 years of experience OR - Bachelors Degree in a related Engineering discipline with minimum 8 years of experience **Desired Qualifications:** - NDT Level II qualification in MT, PT, UT & RT - Experience with simulation and analysis software - Proficiency in interpreting radiographic images - Strong understanding of NDT principles, standards, and specifications - Effective communication skills and commitment to safety, quality, and compliance - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities - Good ability to develop relationships with clients and contractors At Oceaneering India Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.
