Job Description

We are looking for a creative and social-media-native Senior Producer who can script, present, and produce engaging video stories for Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms. Candidates must have strong on-camera skills, creative writing ability, and a deep understanding of digital storytelling—not bulletin-style news writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging, social-first scripts for explainers, series, and special stories
• Present stories on camera with confidence, clarity, and natural delivery
• Build high-retention story flows for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube formats
• Create compelling hooks, intros, transitions, and narrative pacing
• Lead research, fact-checking, and editorial verification
• Mentor junior producers on storytelling and on-camera techniques
• Coordinate with senior editors and Team Lead on planning and content calendars
• Oversee creative direction for long-form and special video formats
• Review edits and ensure final videos meet the creative brief
• Bring modern, energetic, platform-native storytelling to Raj Express

Desired Candidate ProfileExperience:

2–4 years in digital storytelling, content creation, or Instagram/YouTube video formats

Skills Required:

• Strong on-camera anchoring skills
• Excellent creative writing (digital scripts, hooks, narratives)
• Understanding of audience retention, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social content trends

Preferred Profiles:

• Content creators who have run their own social media channels
• Candidates with proven short-form video experience
• Strong Hindi communication skills

Education:

Mass Communication, Digital Media, Scriptwriting, Journalism or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
