Senior MS Security Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end

  M365 security posture

  .
• Monitor and respond to

  security incidents, alerts, and threats

  .
• Configure and optimize

  Microsoft Defender

  and

  Entra ID (Azure AD)

  for enhanced protection.
• Manage

  quarantine policies, Conditional Access

  , and user access controls.
• Prepare and deliver

  compliance and security posture reports

  to stakeholders.
• Provide proactive recommendations to strengthen organizational security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment of security initiatives.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in

  IT Security

  , with strong focus on

  Microsoft 365

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  Microsoft Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Conditional Access

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  incident response, monitoring, and security configuration

  .
• Experience with

  compliance reporting and stakeholder communication

  .
• Ability to work independently in a dedicated

  remote engagement

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving and analytical skills
