Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior MicroStrategy Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and dossiers

• Build and manage schema objects

  including facts, attributes, hierarchies, and metrics
• Optimize report performance using best practices (VLDB settings, caching, aggregations)
• Handle

  security implementation

  (user roles, object-level and data-level security)
• Collaborate with data engineering and business teams for requirement gathering
• Support production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Participate in design reviews, performance tuning, and solution enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  MicroStrategy development

• Strong understanding of MicroStrategy Architecture

  (Metadata, Intelligence Server, Web)
• Expertise in

  SQL

  and relational databases (Snowflake / SQL Server / Oracle preferred)
• Experience with

  Dossiers, Cubes, Prompts, Filters, and VLDB properties

• Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting

• Exposure to cloud data platforms

  is a plus
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
