The ideal candidate should be technically strong, proactive, and ready to work from our Nagpur office in a fast-growing analytics organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and dossiers Build and manage schema objects including facts, attributes, hierarchies, and metrics Optimize report performance using best practices (VLDB settings, caching, aggregations) Handle security implementation (user roles, object-level and data-level security) Collaborate with data engineering and business teams for requirement gathering Support production issues and perform root cause analysis Participate in design reviews, performance tuning, and solution enhancements Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy development Strong understanding of MicroStrategy Architecture (Metadata, Intelligence Server, Web) Expertise in SQL and relational databases (Snowflake / SQL Server / Oracle preferred) Experience with Dossiers, Cubes, Prompts, Filters, and VLDB properties Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting Exposure to cloud data platforms is a plus Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills Must-Have Criteria Immediate or short-notice joiner Ready to work from office in Nagpur Strong ownership mindset and team collaboration skills Why Join InCredo?
