We are seeking an experienced and solution-driven

Senior MERN Stack Developer

to lead the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js

, with the ability to manage full project lifecycles and mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities :
  • Design, develop and maintain robust full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
  • Build reusable code, APIs and components for high-performance solutions
  • Integrate third-party services, APIs and databases as required
  • Lead technical architecture discussions and contribute to project planning
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers and QA teams
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers
  • Ensure code quality, security, scalability and performance optimization
Requirements :
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development
  • Proficient in React.js (Hooks, Redux), Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT and middleware
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment processes
  • Experience with front-end design systems and responsive layouts
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
