Senior MERN Full Stack Developer

Requirement

• Technical Skills:

• MERN Stack: Strong experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL, MySQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Programming: Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous and functional programming.3
• API Development: Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• AI/ML: Experience with AI models like GPT, BERT, and prompt engineering.
• AI Tools: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, Hugging Face.
• Database: Expertise in MongoDB and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Adaptable to new technologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• MERN Stack Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB / PostgreSQL, MySQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable applications.
• Implement RESTful APIs, optimize performance, and ensure cross-platform responsiveness.
  

• AI Prompt Engineering:

• Develop AI-driven features using prompt engineering for language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Fine-tune models for automation, chatbots, and recommendation systems.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and review code for junior and mid-level developers.
• Work with product managers and developers to meet business goals.
• Adopt new tools and technologies to improve team productivity.

• Project Management:

• Participate in sprint planning and project scoping.
• Mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery of features.
