Job Description

What You Will Do Day-to-day

In this role, you will work closely with trading desk members on deskdevelopment projects and assist the team in evaluating and testingtrade ideas. You will also develop data engineering solutions and buildexpertise in at least one financial asset class.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should hold -

Basic Qualifications

─ A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relatedtechnical field with 2 to 4 years of industry experience─ At least 2 years of trading desk developer experience─ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills─ Proficiency in at least one programming language amongPython/Java/C++ (Python is highly preferable)─ The ability to work independently and have good attention todetail─ Persuasive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

─ Market Finance academic qualifications (e.g.: CFA)─ An understanding of MBS, FI asset classes─ Experience of working in a global and diverse team
