The Role

As a

• Managing the people in the discipline team.
• Ensuring the technical integrity, safety, and sustainability of the design.
• Delivering to budget and schedule.
• Understanding and managing discipline scope.
• Coordination with the other disciplines or other external stakeholders (workshare offices, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.) for an integrated execution of the project scope
• Timely completion of designs and requisitioning.
• Adherence to Dept./Group working Instruction and QMs Manual
• Performance in his area of responsibility

• Provision of technical expertise in this function

• Assistance to Dept. Head/Discipline Head

• Carrying out duties and responsibilities as Lead Engineer when assigned to a project.
• Committed for the implementation of Quality Policy and Core Values.

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• A seasoned professional with 23 years of experience in EPC (Consultancy) Industries, Oil & gas, Refinery, Petrochemical & Chemical Industries in Selection, Pre-FEED, FEED & Detailed engineering of Rotating equipment and Packages as per international codes & standards. Good exposure to Shell DEPs & SPEPs, Saudi Aramco Specifications and ExxonMobil GPs.
• Manpower planning, Guiding the team members & ensuring timely completion of activities per project schedule.
• Diligent communicator with strong relationship building & leadership skill and multi-tasking abilities.
• Conducting Technical reviews and Spot checks of other projects going on, Training of juniors on various topics.
• Estimation of manhours for various proposals.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering with 20 years experience in Rotating equipment & packages preferably with a Consultant / Contractor
