Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

You will be joining Revata Engineering, a well-recognized manufacturer and supplier of equipment for the Oil & Gas industry established in 2009. The company's head office and manufacturing facility are situated in M.I.D.C., Bhosari, Pune. Your role as a full-time, on-site Design / Cad Cam Engineer in PCMC will require you to work closely with the Engineering Manager. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and looking to build a career in design within a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include developing and modifying detailed 2D/3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings for mechanical components and tools. Additionally, you will be involved in new product development, continuous improvement of existing designs, and supporting tool design activities to ensure design compliance and feasibility. Your role will also require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct engineering calculations, and maintain accurate design documentation adhering to quality standards and safety guidelines. To qualify for this role, you are required to possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in tool design or a related field. Proficiency in software such as Catia and AutoCAD is essential, along with a strong grasp of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, motivation, and goal orientation are key attributes for this position. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment will be highly appreciated. Additionally, experience in rubber/elastomer tool and mold design would be considered a plus. The office is located in M.I.D.C., Bhosari, Pune, operating from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The remuneration for this position will be as per industry standards.
