Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

As a Design Engineer, your role will involve creating and modifying detailed designs for tooling components and assemblies using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ZW CAD. You will ensure that the designs meet functional and quality standards. Additionally, you will develop tooling solutions for various manufacturing processes and collaborate with production teams to ensure practical and efficient designs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Design and Development: Creating and modifying detailed designs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ZW CAD. - Tooling Expertise: Developing tooling solutions for manufacturing processes and collaborating with production teams. - Drafting and Documentation: Preparing technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for tooling projects. - Prototyping and Testing: Assisting in the development of prototypes and performing testing to ensure tools meet performance specifications. - Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met and projects are completed on time. - Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving design issues and manufacturing problems. - Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends and proposing improvements to enhance tooling designs and processes.
