Senior Data Analyst, Marketing Analytics

Discription

Individual contributors will gather, prepare, and analyze data for client sales and marketing programs. The individual will directly collect, validate, cleanse, and load data from internal or external systems into databases to enable successful user adoption of analytics tools and reports. The position will provide analysis, creative feedback, and prepare findings for presentation to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Individual Contributor
    • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business needs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into analytical requirements. • Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to support data-driven decision-making. • Use statistical techniques to analyze results and provide actionable recommendations. • Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including internal teams and clients, by tailoring messaging and presentation style to suit the audience.. • Mentor junior analysts and help establish best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Work closely with data engineers (Internal or client) to improve data infrastructure and ensure data quality.
  • Drive proactive analysis across operations, client, and enterprise levels to uncover insights and support strategic decisions

Job Specifications:

  • BS/BA required
  • 3+ years of data science, business intelligence, or high-growth analytics experience
  • Strong skills for data analysis and interpretation in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPivot, R, Python, SQL, and other tools
  • SQL coding experience preferred
  • Experience with data management - understanding of databases, SQL queries, ETLs, and data models (tabular, cube, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data visualization/BI tools (ex. Salesforce, Tableau), and contact center metrics a plus
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, above average knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Problem solver and detail oriented, able to work within an ever-changing data environment
