Senior Market Risk Analyst

**Job Description:** As a Senior Market Risk Analyst at our company, your primary role will be to provide, maintain, and enhance the market risk reporting infrastructure and tools for the bank. You will be responsible for developing and implementing measures to automate and streamline existing processes, ensuring accurate capture and processing of policies through the risk systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess risk management systems for issues and ensure compliance with market risk policies - Adhere to SLA for timely delivery of risk reports - Conduct model variation exercises for Market Risk Measurement - Analyze financial statistical data both quantitatively and qualitatively - Ensure strict adherence to RBI and other regulatory guidelines - Evaluate the suitability of pricing and valuation models within the business context - Present ideas through reports and presentations, outlining findings and making recommendations for improvements - Stay updated with the latest market intelligence, track and benchmark against best practices in competitor banks - Support risk reporting production by the Market Risk Reporting & Analytics team - Develop and deliver risk training and reporting tailored to the relevant audience - Share best-practice knowledge within the team - Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiencies and customer service quality - Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to leverage in-house synergies - Cultivate an environment that encourages collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities **Qualification Required:** - Graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI), or Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) - Post-Graduation in Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or Master of Arts (MA) - 2-5 years of relevant experience (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
