Senior Marine Superintendent

You will be responsible for the operations and performance of the assigned vessels, ensuring efficient and safe operations, quality management, and compliance with international marine requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Managing vessel operations effectively - Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment compliance - Allocating and planning resources efficiently - Optimizing voyage routes - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified Master with a degree in business engineering or related discipline preferred - Minimum one year experience as a Master on geared Dry Bulk carriers - Three to five years of experience as a Marine Superintendent focused on Dry Bulk carriers - Experience with RightShip and managing PSC issues - Proficiency in Shipboard ISM/ISPS code, Marine Insurance, and Seamanship - People-oriented with a focus on developing shipboard teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines - Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and their implementation You will have the opportunity to join a leading company in the maritime industry, with a well-defined role and ample career growth opportunities within the organization.
