Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
spare parts operations for JCB construction equipment
(Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, Loaders, Compactors, etc.).
Ensure
availability of genuine JCB spare parts
to support service, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
Plan and control
inventory levels
, stock aging, slow-moving & non-moving parts.
Coordinate with
JCB OEM / regional warehouse
for parts ordering, indenting, and replenishment.
Monitor
parts consumption, demand forecasting, and reorder levels
.
Handle
pricing, billing, warranty claims, and returns
as per JCB guidelines.
Maintain accurate
SAP/DMS inventory records
, GRN, stock audits, and reconciliation.
Lead and train
storekeepers, parts executives, and counter staff
.
Support service team to improve
equipment uptime and customer satisfaction
.
Ensure compliance with
company SOPs, JCB standards, and audit requirements
.
Generate MIS reports on
inventory turnover, fill rate, stock value, and profitability
.
Coordinate with
sales, service, and finance teams
for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

1015 years of experience in
spare parts management
for
JCB or construction/heavy equipment
.
Experience in
dealer operations
will be highly preferred.
Good communication, analytical, and leadership skills and sales marketing
Aggressively drive spare parts business by managing retailers, expanding market penetration, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical preferred)
MBA / PG Diploma (Operations / Supply Chain added advantage)
