Senior Manager(L5) - Project Execution Press & BIW

As an Equipment Engineer at Tata Motors, your role will involve being responsible for Equipment Engineering, System Integration, Installation/commissioning of New Facility, equipment, Project closures, driving IOT Projects & supporting Manufacturing /Quality for continuous Improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor project execution initially - Finalize Equipment Engineering and System Integration scope - Handle Installation & Commissioning - Conduct Process Tryouts and BITS Closure - Manage Inter Shop Integration - Perform CT Proving and Support process & Quality team to achieve targets - Complete m-PAP - Introduce EPA - Prepare process sheet / PFMEAs/ Digitize process & design documents - Drive BIW Specific IOT Project on Quality & Maintenance area - Implement cost reduction ideas as per turnaround 2.0 target - Ensure Conformance and Preparation for regulatory audits like IATF 16949, OHSHAS, EMS etc. - Participate in WCQ/TQM Initiatives - Implement Kaizen and continuous Improvement initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably from Electrical or control background.
