Job Description

Job Purpose Statement:

To ensure effective execution of civil works at project sites in alignment with approved drawings, timelines, quality standards, and budgetary parameters. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of real estate projects.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead and supervise all civil execution activities at project sites as per approved drawings, specifications, and
  • project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout project execution.
  • Review and monitor site progress against milestones to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, and QS & Contracts teams for timely availability of drawings,
  • materials, and resources.
  • Manage contractors, labour, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and productivity
  • targets.
  • Review and certify contractor bills, BOQs, and measurement sheets as per contractual terms.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks, deviations, or delays and take appropriate corrective measures.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and audit readiness for all project-related activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with MEP and finishing teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualification

  • B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Relevant Experience 12-18 years of experience in civil execution and project management within residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and resource management.
  • Understanding of QA/QC practices, IS codes, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.

Knowledge:

  • Expertise in site management, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Strong vendor coordination and contract management experience.
  • Exposure to MEP and finishing integration preferred.
  • Behavioural skills Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
