Job Description

Job Position: Sr. Manager

Job Location: Masjid Bandar (Head Office)

Candidates must possess overall experience in Warehousing/ Supply Chain management and must possess sound technical knowledge of Warehousing Operations.

Develop and implement warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety standards.
Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies and vision
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Responsible for new business development via prospecting companies, qualifying the needs and warehouse sales closure.
Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
Creation & Implementation of detailed process documentation to standardize general operation.
Candidate should be ready to travel for operational needs of the organizatio since he needs to monitor mutiple locations under him.
Monitoring the Operational costs and admin costs.
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Strong analytical thinking & communication skills.

Candidate Requirement:

Any Bachelor's degree or in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in warehouse management, with a relevant year of experience in a warehouse supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate should be willing to travel
