Senior Manager/ VP-Client Servicing & Media Planning

As a Senior Manager at THE LEAPFROG NETWORK, you will play a pivotal role in leading client relationships and developing effective media strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into innovative media plans. Your key responsibilities will include: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients by providing expert guidance aligned with their business objectives. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive media strategies based on client briefs, ensuring alignment with business goals and incorporating the right media mix and content integration. Ideation & Solutions: Generate creative ideas to address client challenges and collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic solutions that drive measurable results. Deck & Proposal Creation: Prepare and present compelling client decks, proposals, and business reviews, effectively communicating complex strategies and performance data. Brief Interpretation: Analyze client briefs to identify key requirements, audience insights, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment across internal teams. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, guiding junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 4-8 years of experience in a client-facing role within a media or advertising agency. - Proven expertise in Media Planning, Account Management, Client Servicing, and digital media channels. - Prior experience with content-based clients, including branded content, influencer marketing, and content syndication. - Strong agency background with experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. - Strategic thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for identifying growth opportunities for clients. - Leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members and leading projects from brief to execution.
