Job Description

As a Senior Manager at PwC Acceleration Centers, you will be part of a team of problem solvers dedicated to solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Provide expert valuation reports for various purposes such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial reporting, taxation, corporate planning, and corporate governance. - Deliver a comprehensive understanding of the value of each entity or asset involved in transactions, supported by relevant technical and industry knowledge. - Assist engagement teams in advising boards, management, and special committees to make informed decisions by providing credible perspectives on proposed transactions. - Establish credibility with stakeholders through demonstrated subject matter expertise and knowledge. - Contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development by offering innovative approaches tailored to meet specific client requirements. - Manage Valuations teams, providing coaching, supporting team development, and sharing technical knowledge. - Participate in internal initiatives such as digitization, industry specialization, and business development. - Support team members in enhancing their valuation technical skills and industry knowledge. Skills and Qualifications: - Interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, with a willingness to learn new tools and adapt working methods. - Completed undergraduate degree with exceptional academic credentials. - Possess a CA/MBA/CFA qualification or an equivalent accounting or financial designation with 10-14 years of relevant experience. - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with territory teams. - Proven track record of managing project workflows and delivering results on time. - Proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks and assignments, and being accountable for outcomes. - Experience in preparing and coordinating complex written and verbal materials. - Leadership experience, including supervising diverse teams, fostering trust, seeking diverse views for improvement, and coaching staff with timely feedback. - Knowledge of financial modeling.,
