Job Description

Designation : Senior Manager (Individual Contributor) Experience : 5-10 Years Location : Oragadam,Chennai Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and rewards strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels against industry standards and competitors. Collaborating with finance and other departments to establish budgets for compensation programs Conduct annual compensation review and manage merit increase processes Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job leveling, salary bands, and incentive plans. Collaborating with recruitment to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent through competitive compensation and rewarding benefits. Collaborating with external vendors and consultants who may assist with compensation-related services. Analyze compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Drive the communication and education of compensation programs, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of the total rewards offerings available to them. Develop and execute talent management strategies to support organizational goals Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles. Develop and deliver training and development programs in liaison with L&D to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce, including leadership development programs to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles. Utilize talent analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices Regularly partner with HR business partners and leaders to drive talent initiatives supporting their business strategy.
