Senior Manager - Technology Assurance

Role Overview: You will be part of the 2nd Line Assurance function at VOIS, responsible for monitoring and mitigating key technology risks to drive a risk-aware culture within the organization. Your role will involve promoting a risk-sensitive approach to processes, architectures, applications, and platforms within the Technology department. The key technology risks you will focus on include Cyber Security, Technology Resilience, IT Transformation, Shadow IT, and Lifecycle Management. Your responsibilities will include working closely with local markets and Group functions, testing key controls, identifying corrective actions, and reporting to key stakeholders, including the Technology leadership team and various board committees. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and mitigate key technology risks in the areas of Cyber Security, Technology Resilience, IT Transformation, Shadow IT, and Lifecycle Management. - Promote a risk awareness culture and a risk-sensitive approach to processes, architectures, applications, and platforms within the Technology department. - Work closely with local markets and Group functions to test key controls established in policies. - Identify corrective actions to mitigate risks and report to key stakeholders, including the Technology leadership team and various board committees. Qualifications Required: - Possess a technical degree, preferably in BE/Btech. - Knowledge of relevant Frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001/27002, COBIT, etc. - Detailed knowledge of platforms including Databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL), Reporting packages (Power BI, Qlik View, Business Objects), Programming (XML, Javascript, ETL frameworks), Applications (CRM, HR), Operating Systems (LINUX, Windows), IT Networks, Firewalls, VPNs, GSM Network Infrastructure, and Telecommunications experience.
