Senior Manager-Techno Commercial

Responsibilities

• Receipt of materials & timely preparation of GRNs of Coal, LDO, HFO & HSD, C&I items.
• To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Building seamless and cordial relationship with internal customers.
• To co-ordinate at Head Office and site for MDCC,
• Inspection report and SAP related issues for smooth processing of GRN.
• To provide awareness of safety to persons working in the stores.
• Responsible for generating various MIS Report on daily / monthly basis.
• Responsible for vendor correspondence in case of any discrepancy and if required.
• Preparation of material rejection / shortage note of materials in SAP and follow-up for replacement of the same with purchase dept. and vendors.
• Ensuring in coming quality, closing PR, GRN & related document, maintain safety stocks of critical items, stores accounting import procedure & logistics, etc.

• MBA / PGDM (SCM / Logistics
• 15-20 Yrsof Experience
