Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Tax team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in core finance and payroll functions, with expertise in financial statements, tax audit, and client-facing finance teams. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement accounts strategy for transaction tax offerings targeted at clients within identified industry segments. Lead project work streams from planning through implementation, managing resources and budgets effectively. Build recognition, firm-wide, and outside the firm for expertise in a specialized field, participating in firm-wide teams or special projects. Display strong interpersonal and outward leadership skills, including the ability to build relationships within and outside the firm. Write articles on topics relating to the Group, demonstrating high technical knowledge in understanding legislation. Develop and implement risk management strategies, managing sensitive and high-level risk issues. Create an environment for the team to think of innovations and do things differently, regularly getting involved in developing new products, services, and delivery methods. ### Job Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10-12 years of work experience in core finance and payroll functions. Minimum 10 years of experience in managing client-facing finance teams, preferably in a consulting organization or well-diversified industry. Strong understanding of commercial and legal requirements, along with practical problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Experience in tax and regulatory support for global mobility. A qualified Chartered accountant is required.
