As a Syndication Specialist, your role involves growing the syndication practice by engaging in partially lending and balancing syndications with various banks including PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, NBCFs, etc. Your responsibilities include: - Maintaining and acquiring new relationships with different banks to expand the syndication practice - Keeping abreast of the loan syndication market information by maintaining relationships with other loan syndication desks - Actively selecting suitable opportunities for syndications - Providing valuable inputs during client negotiations to enhance the saleability of proposals during the syndication process - Ensuring the correct structuring of proposals to offer innovative solutions to clients, while also enhancing the creditworthiness and legal correctness - Preparing Credit Assessment Memorandum and representing cases in various approval committees of banks - Syndicating client requirements within the expected timelines - Managing deals end-to-end effectively Qualifications required for this role include an MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or an equivalent degree.
