Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the structural design team in developing innovative and cost-effective design solutions
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural design elements into overall project plans
Review and approve structural design drawings, calculations, and specifications
Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex structural design issues
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Conduct regular site visits to inspect structural elements and ensure quality control
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural design
Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership
Mentor and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and capabilities

Qualifications
