Job Title: Senior Manager – Strategy, Capital Raising & Operations (CA Qualified)

Location: India (with focus on projects in UAE & Saudi Arabia)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong exposure in capital raising, strategy building, and business execution. This is a senior and key position supporting the company’s expansion in the Middle East, primarily in the warehousing and industrial storage sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capital Raising & Financial Structuring

Lead fundraising activities including equity raising and investor engagement.

Develop and evaluate fund-based structures and financial models.

Prepare investment decks, business cases, and project financials.

Manage due-diligence processes and coordinate with legal/financial advisors.

2. Strategy Development

Build strategic plans for warehousing and industrial storage businesses.

Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis.

Define execution roadmaps and support decision-making for Middle East projects.

3. Operations & Execution

Actively oversee on-ground execution of business plans and project deliverables.

Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners.

Ensure timely achievement of milestones and operational efficiency.

Handle end-to-end project management for UAE & Saudi Arabia initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

CA with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of equity fundraising and fund structures.

Experience in strategy consulting, real estate, warehousing, or industrial projects (preferred).

Excellent financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills.

Willingness to take ownership and work as Operations Lead when required.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to travel internationally as per project requirements.

Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary : As per industry standards

Execution Completion Bonus (per project)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
