Lead end-to-end Design & Engineering for solar projects Manage detailed project planning, design review, BOQ evaluation, and contract technical closure. Coordinate with construction teams for on-ground execution. Guide technical teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Drive ISO audits and maintain compliance. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for technical clarifications and support Mentor and appraise engineering team members Requirements: 20+ years of experience in solar/renewable energy sector, with a focus on project engineering & management. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
