Job Description

Role: Senior Manager - Software Engineering

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Indore, Noida, Hyderabad and Pune.

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality applications.
5+ years in Java Full Stack Development; 57 years in team leadership preferred.
Skills: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, AWS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap/Material UI.
Any Frontend tools: Javascriptm/ React / Angualr
Strong in Java, Spring Boot, REST, SQL, and distributed architectures.
Oversee full SDLC, from design to deployment in Agile/Scrum environments.
Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and ensure coding best practices.
Work with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to achieve sprint goals.
Proficient in Git, Jira, CI/CD tools, design patterns, and problem-solving.
AWS cloud-native experience, Energy & Utilities domain knowledge, PMP/Agile certifications.
