Job Description

You will be responsible for mastering all Schneider Electric social media practices and platforms, including training and acquiring licenses for platforms like Sprinklr, Advocacy, Word Press, SEMRush, etc. It is essential to become familiar and comfortable with all SE platforms and tools, actively engage in SE social media community meetings, and stay updated on global social media developments from the global marketing team. Additionally, you will be required to understand local social media approaches in other Energy Management division teams and Schneider Electric country communication teams. Your duties will include overseeing and guiding the work of Social Media Specialists focused on social media execution/publication. You will be responsible for their training and mastery of SE social media practices, building and maintaining the PS&S Global Marketing teams social media calendar and repository, executing and publishing Social Posts, Blog posts, and Video Publications, working on Advocacy platforms, handling Reporting tasks, engaging in content creation activities, contributing to newsletters and highlights, and stepping in to perform publication and execution during the absence of Social Media Specialists. Furthermore, you will define and own the social media strategy, objectives, and KPIs under the context of communication, campaign, business, and division objectives. Your role will involve building and activating a social media strategy that supports individual PS&S global marcom campaigns and businesses, while aligning with thought leadership objectives and the Digital Marketing and Web teams" objectives. You will provide performance- and objective-driven recommendations for social media actions, act as the Single Point of Contact and internal ambassador of PS&S social media, and ensure compliance with guidelines and rules from Schneider Electric's global SM leadership team. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of the latest social media trends, tactics, and conducting competitor analysis to enhance the effectiveness of the SM strategy. Your focus will be on improving social media performance, increasing engagement, interaction, conversation, and reaching social media targets. Additionally, you will plan and execute initiatives to enhance the social media presence and online personas of key PS&S leadership team members. In terms of qualifications, you should have at least 5 years of social media management experience, a proven record of developing, implementing, managing, and measuring social media strategy, small team leadership experience, excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, willingness to learn about supported businesses, creative thinking, analytical mindset, a passion for storytelling, and familiarity with graphic design principles and basic photo and video editing skills. This is a full-time position.,
