Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase book sales.
• Manage and expand distributor and retail networks across India.
• Coordinate with sales teams for ground-level campaigns, book fairs, and school/college tie-ups.
• Drive sales targets through on-ground activation, partnerships, and outreach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest actionable insights.
• Lead regional sales reps and ensure consistent field-level execution.
• Plan and oversee bookstore visibility, branding activities, and regional promotional events.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing in a publishing company.
• Strong network with schools, bookstores, distributors, and educational institutions.
• Excellent leadership and field management skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across regions.
• Hands-on experience with market activations, book fairs, and retail operations.
