Senior Manager - Risk & Compliance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing end-to-end SOX compliance activities, including control documentation, walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing. Additionally, you will partner with process and control owners to assess the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls. It will be your duty to maintain and update process documentation, such as narratives, risk control matrices (RCMs), and flowcharts. You will identify control deficiencies, root causes, and provide recommendations for remediation and improvement. Keeping yourself informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices related to SOX and risk management will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end SOX compliance activities - Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls - Maintain and update process documentation - Identify control deficiencies, root causes, and provide recommendations - Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices Qualifications Required: - Strong SOX Compliance Expertise - Experience in Risk and Compliance Supporting for Global Regions - CPA, CIA, CISA, or related certification is a plus Company Details: The company is in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry and the functional area is ITES/BPO/Customer Service.
