Senior Manager - Risk & Compliance

Job Description As a Senior Manager - Risk & Compliance, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end SOX compliance activities. This includes documenting controls, conducting walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing to ensure operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with process and control owners to assess internal control design and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be updating process documentation such as narratives, risk control matrices (RCMs), and flowcharts. Identifying control deficiencies, root causes, and providing recommendations for improvement will be a key part of your role. It is essential to stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices in SOX and risk management to ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities - Perform end-to-end SOX compliance activities including control documentation, walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing. - Partner with process and control owners to evaluate internal control design and operational effectiveness. - Maintain and update process documentation including narratives, RCMs, and flowcharts. - Identify control deficiencies, root causes, and provide recommendations for remediation. - Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices in SOX and risk management.
