SENIOR MANAGER REGIONAL SALES DEVELOPMENT

As a Senior Manager - Regional Sales Development Manager at L'Oral"s Consumer Products Division, you will play a key role in driving the sales strategy and achieving business objectives in the East region. Your responsibilities will include: - **Team Management** - Manage the Regional Business Planning team, overseeing tasks such as business planning, sales planning, and MIS to ensure alignment with the commercial strategy. - Mobilize regional resources to enhance and customize national plans for effective regional execution. - **Sales Planning** - Customize, implement, and monitor trade and marketing initiatives to drive business growth within approved guidelines. - Enroll and optimize Channel loyalty programs periodically to maximize results. - Lead the monthly Business Planning Process at the regional level and plan manpower resources for the sales teams. - Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the performance of PSRs, SSRs, ISRs, Merchandisers, and Promoters. - **Regional Initiatives** - Identify specific gaps and drive projects at a brand, channel, and geography level within the region to enhance sales performance. - **MIS** - Provide the sales team with timely MIS reports and dashboards on key sales KPIs and new launches in the region. - Benchmark strategic brands using Nielsen data and monitor progress. - Oversee the deployment of DMS and SFA solutions while providing feedback for further development. - Keep track of competition and liaise with the Head Office Sales and Marketing teams. - **Administration** - Ensure monthly sales secondary closures are aligned with the sales team and Head Office coordinator/IT. - **Merchandising** - Monitor merchandising executions in Program stores and track POSM movements and utilization. - Develop and manage an initiative/events calendar for the region to enhance brand visibility.
