Senior Manager - Project Management Assurance Group - Real Estate

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Project Manager in the Real Estate mixed-use development Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all aspects of design and construction of the project. Your role will involve working on large, mixed-use projects of Adani Airport City Side Development, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, reporting requirements, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Align individual asset performance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards as agreed with the leadership team. - Report project budgets, management MIS, schedules, and resources effectively, outlining areas of concern, risks assessment, and suggesting mitigating measures. - Implement industry-leading project management practices and ensure teams meet skill and reporting requirements for project success. - Collaborate with PMAG Team & Central Project Assurance Group to ensure alignment with group-level project objectives. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, consultant partners, and other external stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and rigorous EHS processes. - Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor project risks. - Prepare reports, trackers, and necessary management reports as part of project monitoring exercise. - Coordinate with all project team members, departments, consultants, and vendors. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor of Civil Engineering/Architecture (B.E/B. Arch) with a Post Graduate in Project Management from premier institutes like NICMAR, S.P.A, IIT, etc. - Relevant certification from PMI.
