Senior Manager, Program Manager-Agentic AI!!

In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations across Agentic AI products like AP Suite and Insurance, among others, set to expand across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program governance and accountability: Manage structured governance forums (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) to track initiative progress across pods and functions.

  • Maintain a centralized execution tracker for all Agentic AI workstreams.

  • Facilitate prioritization and risk resolution through leadership visibility and data-backed recommendations.

  1. Reporting and visibility: Design and operationalize real-time dashboards to monitor objectives and key results (OKRs), key initiatives, and impact metrics.

  1. Ensure periodic reporting to Agentic AI and executive leadership on milestones, blockers, and business outcomes.

  • Cross-workstream orchestration: Serve as the bridge between pod leads-sales, solutioning, implementation, product, tech, marketing, HR-to align goals, timelines, and dependencies. Track key talent movement, resourcing needs, and capability readiness in collaboration with HR and delivery teams.

  • Support special initiatives such as launches, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), pricing changes with structured plans and timely follow-through.

  • Synthesize insights, best practices, and learnings from program execution into internal artifacts like playbooks, frameworks, retrospectives. Promote Agentic AI ways of working, helping define and evolve what good looks like across functions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • experience in a Program Management, Transformation PMO, or Business COO role

  • Experience working in matrixed environments across GTM, Product, Tech, and Support functions

  • Hands-on with dashboards, trackers, and project management tools

  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and executive presence

  • Bonus: Experience contributing to internal thought leadership, operating playbooks, or transformation accelerators
