Senior Manager - Production and Material Planning

You will be responsible for planning the production based on the Sales forecasted requirement, production target, and availability of materials. This includes creating a production plan based on manufacturing time and determining the material required for production based on the Production plan and month forecast. You will also release purchase orders to vendors as per material requirements and ensure the delivery of the right quantity of material at the right time by communicating effectively with vendors. Your role will involve maintaining inventory levels, managing purchase order reports, rescheduling backdated purchase orders in SAP, and scheduling month forecasts with vendors. Additionally, you will be required to ensure timely clearance of rejection online and visit vendors for critical issues to avoid stoppage of the line. Inventory Analysis and Inventory Projections will also be part of your responsibilities.
