Job Description

As a Senior Manager in the Global Business Excellence and Transformation team at JLL, your role will involve possessing an analytical and process-driven mindset to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that drive efficiencies and effectiveness across JLL business lines. - Support the Process Excellence Lead and team in designing and facilitating process discovery workshops, including data gathering, synthesis, meeting preparation, facilitation, and documentation of outcomes - Design and facilitate process improvement workshops, document processes, synthesize and develop executive summary materials - Document process design requirements, process flow maps, and technical design documentation for supporting technology using JLL standard documentation tools - Translate future state process designs into an actionable delivery and change plan - Support the Portfolio Lead and Program Manager in developing project plans for delivering future state process designs and breakthrough improvements - Coordinate with other transformation leads to build project plans that deliver large-scale transformations - Develop and manage project plans associated with discovery, design, and delivery of future state process designs and improvements - Facilitate stand-ups for process improvement projects - Author meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - LEAN Expert / Six Sigma Black Belt certification - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential issues proactively and formulate solutions - Facilitation skills to help lead process and design sessions - Agile Scrum Master certification a plus - Knowledge of Corporate functions (Finance, HR, Marketing) & Real-Estate functions (Research, Lease Administration) would be an added advantage Joining JLL means becoming a part of an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where success is achieved together across the desk and around the globe.
