Job Description

As the Lead of Productivity Initiatives in the Supply Chain Planning team, your role will involve analyzing critical information and providing insights to drive planning strategy for optimal cost and inventory levels. You will liaise effectively with various stakeholders to ensure forecasting, tracking, and governance mechanisms are in place for key KPIs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Drive productivity projects in the Supply Chain Planning function. - Identify improvement projects for all cost elements and build a healthy pipeline. - Lead network optimization and cost-to-service projects to enhance truck utilization. - Track inventory on a monthly basis and identify slow-moving inventory for provisioning. - Collaborate with the team to liquidate or write back inventory as needed. - Drive transformation projects including batch management, SKU rationalization, and localization analysis. - Improve agenda across planning functions such as material planning, production planning, and replenishment planning. - Promote tech adoption through frugal automation methods. To qualify for this role, you should hold an Engineering and MBA degree from a top B School. Additionally, you should have: - Over 10 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry. - 1-2 years of experience in supply chain roles within the FMCG/alco-bev sector. - Proficiency in creating presentations and working with spreadsheets. - Bonus points for experience with data visualization tools like O9 or other planning tools. - Strong interpersonal skills for managing multiple stakeholders. - Functional knowledge of Supply Chain Planning operations. - Excellent data management skills. - Process-oriented mindset with Six Sigma certification (green/black). - Prior experience in a fast-paced environment focusing on Growth strategy, Business process improvement, and Strategic cost reduction.
