Job Description

Role Overview: As an Accountable professional for Global Digital ERP SAP Packaging Solutions at Pfizer, you will be responsible for supporting ongoing and new Master Data initiatives. Your role will involve managing the delivery, solution availability, user experience, and continuous improvements of digital efforts. Additionally, you will be in charge of financial management and project management of digital endeavors, including the maintenance and update of all Pfizer systems. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing, maintaining, and measuring digital support strategy for Master Data in collaboration with the BTAMS ERP Support team. Partnering with business engagement and technical development teams, you will architect effective solutions that enable business capability and regulatory needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation, and modification of IT projects across functional organizations - Prepare project execution plan and identify appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team - Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical requirements - Develop, implement, and measure digital support strategy for Master Data, including ERP Digital for SAP Packaging Solution - Provide periodic updates and ensure alignment on strategies, priorities, status, risks, and mitigation - Collaborate with business partners to review business requirements and ensure accuracy and clarity - Develop financial forecasts, secure funding, and provide updates to stakeholders - Guide and approve training packages for SAP Packaging Solution - Constantly monitor risks to projects and identify mitigation options Qualifications Required: - BS or BA in Digital Technology, Engineering, or Supply Chain - 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical industry - 7 years" experience in ERP initiatives in the Pharma industry - 5 years" experience in SAP Master Data focused on Manufacturing Master Data and SAP Workflows - Proven experience in leading and implementing large-scale, Global, Digital projects in the Pharma industry - Strong Project Management and financial management skills - Ability to work in a complex matrix organization with strong teamwork orientation - Demonstrated consultative, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking/planning, and problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and project management skills *Work Location Assignment: Hybrid*,
