Job Description

Develop and implement signal detection strategies to identify potential safety concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough reviews of clinical data to support signal detection and risk management activities.
Lead signal detection and risk management (SDRMs) activities, including reviewing clinical data and authoring comprehensive reports.
Prepare and review safety and risk management sections of aggregate safety documents.
Analyze data to write ad hoc responses to health authorities and support local markets in responding to risk management-related queries.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of medical concepts and familiarity with safety activities in drug development and postmarketing.
Experience with automation tools and digital platforms to streamline workflows and enhance data analysis.
Ability to manage timelines and quality of work through communication, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational skills.
Adaptable and flexible, willing to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Applies attention to detail along with strong scientific, analytical, and conceptual skills.
Understands aspects and methods for data analysis, interpretation, and presentation, including basic statistics.
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is required; advanced degrees such as MS, PharmD, PhD, MD are preferred.
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant pharmacovigilance / pharmaceutical industry/drug development experience.
Working understanding of team priorities and milestones.
Travel may be required based on business needs.
