Job Description

As a Senior Manager specializing in OKR Management and Organizational Design, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategic direction and execution of OKR initiatives within a rapidly growing tech-led organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the OKR framework across all business units. - Collaborating with CXOs, business, and functional heads to align organizational goals with team & individual OKRs. - Managing the OKR calendar, including annual & quarterly planning, reviews, check-ins, retrospectives, and reporting. - Driving cultural change towards outcome-focused execution, including overseeing program roadmaps. You will also be responsible for: - Integrating OKRs into performance management, talent reviews, and progression discussions in collaboration with HRBPs, Leadership & L&D teams. - Serving as the OKR Champion by conducting awareness sessions, building capabilities, and creating toolkits/templates for organization-wide adoption. - Developing dashboards to monitor progress, identify risks, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to: - Review and optimize organizational structures for efficiency, scalability, and agility. - Support org change initiatives such as function realignment and new business vertical setups. - Conduct periodic org diagnostics to recommend restructuring and define role charters, capability frameworks, and job leveling structures. The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - Strong understanding of OKR methodology, performance systems, and organizational effectiveness. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with CXO-level leaders. - Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel and a strategic mindset with attention to detail. - Prior exposure to change management, competency frameworks, or HR analytics is advantageous. - A Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or related fields. - 8-12 years of experience in HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Performance Management, or similar roles. - Previous experience in implementing OKRs or large-scale organizational transformation projects is highly desirable.,
