About The Role

  • We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager with a strong background in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building strategic relationships with clients in the BFSI, FinTech, and IT services sectors.

Key Requirements

  • Must have IT services experience
  • Open to frequent client travel
  • 1015 strong CXO-level connects in BFSI, FinTech, IT
  • Proven record in B2B sales, handling end-to-end sales cycles
  • Closed deals worth $250K+ (?2 Cr+)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Achieve ?6 Cr annual order booking & acquire 12 new clients/year
  • Identify and close sales opportunities in FinTech/BFSI
  • Manage complete sales lifecycle, including pricing & proposal
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure post-deal growth
  • Lead generation, pipeline building, and strategic partnerships
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Represent company at key events; manage distributed teams
